My name is Daryle Dickens and ZAXATA is my company. I created ZAXATA to be a resource for non profits who are looking for new ways to build and grow their organization.

On this site I provide articles, webinars, PDF downloads, videos, tutorials, and podcasts to help you navigate the growing of your business.

I also offer services such as one on one phone consulting, webinar hosting, starter websites, media production consulting, copywriting, product launch management, and WordPress consulting.

Many not for profits struggle with the marketing and promotion of their organization. This happens because most people launch an organization because of their passion for their cause or service not because of their love for marketing and fund raising. But no matter how great your cause is, no matter how well it solves the problems of the world, it will not be  sustainable until you can effectively raise funds. And this is where many organizations struggle.

Who is Daryle Dickens?

Valid question. Who is the man behind ZAXATA? Just a guy with a passion for the people in this world who like to apply business sense with social hearts. I am someone who likes to see folks create a organization from nothing and thus effectively address a cause. I wake up excited with the possibility of meeting people and hearing their stories.

Throughout my life I’ve had a number of jobs and experiences because I seem to be addicted to change. I want to always be on the move. I’ve worked for a racing pigeon supply company run out of someone’s garage, a salmon cannery in Alaska, spent two years as an infantryman in the United States Army, received a Duckorate from Disney University, managed the shipping and receiving of Colorado’s best craftbrewer, built a following with a well known blog, as well as spending many a summer as a horticultural engineer. All these experiences have been way more educational than my time at Southern Illinois University.

I live to learn and recently discovered my gift for teaching which is one of the reasons I’ve launched ZAXATA. I hope to share more of myself and more of my  story as this site unfolds. And I hope you’ll come along and share your story too.
